Hoisin Sauce is one of the classic Chinese sauces that's used in stir-fries, marinades and dips. It's made from ground soybeans with selected spices to give you a savoury-sweet flavour.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, fermented soybean paste (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), salt, sweet potato powder, colour(plain caramel), modified corn starch, dehydrated garlic, sesame seed paste, spices, salted chilli peppers (chilli peppers, salt), acid (acetic acid).
