These grilled artichokes taste fantastic, they have a wonderful buttery, nutty, earthy flavour with a smoky finish from the grilling.
Use them in salads, crostini, risotto, pasta, mix them through potato gratin or just eat them straight from the tray, as we did!
Ingredients: Artichokes, sunflower oil, olive oil, water, wine vinegar, salt, acidulant: citric acid, spices.
