The Giusti family have been producing balsamic vinegar since the seventeenth century and are Italy's oldest producer. For generations, the family have been passing down the recipe that creates the complex harmony of flavours that makes great balsamic vinegar.
This vinegar has been made from carefully selected grapes and aged in wooden barrels for 8 years.

Ingredients: Wine vinegar, cooked grape must.
