Fionagh's Seeded Sourdough Crackers take the same slow-fermented base as the Original and scatter it with poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds for extra crunch and a nuttier, more savoury edge. They're made at Norton Barton Artisan Food Village near Bude, the collaborative Cornish food hub founded by Fionagh Harding and her husband on their 350-acre farm. The seeds toast as the crackers bake, adding a warm, roasted note underneath that same characteristic sourdough tang.
The extra texture and savoury depth make these the pick for punchier toppings - a strong cheddar, a wedge of blue, or hummus with a good glug of olive oil. They stand up well to something rich too: try them under a slice of pâté with a sharp dab of chutney, or crumble them over a bowl of soup for extra bite. There's enough going on in the cracker itself that it doesn't need much else.

Tasted gorgeous, but broken up so maybe better for pasta/chilli bolognaise sauce if you like tinned tomatoes whole. Juicy and tasty though
Big old bag of seeds. They toast well and taste good.
This flour is noticeably different - it's got a slight yellow colour and a real nutty taste. Absolutely loving it for sourdough.
I've used them a couple of times in a mixed salad when rinsed. Nice and firm and perfect with a tasty dressing
Have been buying this rice for many years now. It’s easy to cook, albeit it takes a few minutes longer than white rice, but has a delicious nutty flavour. Would thoroughly recommend giving this a try.

If you like sourdough, the one that Ben and Alice supply at Somerset Foodie is the best one ever. We have tried many, many different sourdough suppliers and some are okay but this one surpasses all others hands down. It is yet another brilliant product which Somerset Foodie supplies. And the recipes on the website!
Sooo good!
