Made exclusively from unpasteurised Manchega sheep’s milk, it is rich, creamy, and sweet, with an exquisite truffle flavour.
Produced by a fourth-generation family dairy in Herencia, Toledo with their own flock of free-range sheep, the cheese carries the heritage and precision that defines traditional Manchego cheesemaking. The result is an artisanal product that balances authenticity with modern gastronomic indulgence.
