Fajitas aren't a traditional Mexican dish, the US states bordering Mexico drew inspiration from their ingredients and created their own 'Tex-Mex' dish. However, this Fajita seasoning is actually made in Mexico by Sazon Natural and is unlike most that you'll find in UK supermarkets as it contains Achiote. This is the deep red seasoning made from Annatto seeds and one of the key seasonings for the very traditional Mexican dish, 'Conchita Pibil'. Sprinkle this on pork, chicken, beef or fish for an authentic Mexican flavour.

Sazon Natural is 100% Mexican, it was founded in 2009 by Paty Serrano, a Mexican home-cook who was looking to make simple, but delicious food for her family.
