Easton Chilli + Wangs Hong Kong Chilli Oil, 220g

Easton Chilli Hong Kong Chilli Oil is the product of a collaboration with the much-loved Bristol Chinese restaurant Wangs - it's inspired by the chilli oil they serve on their wontons.  The oil is flavoured with a ton of fresh garlic and shallots with a beautiful balance of spices including star anise, Sichuan pepper, white pepper and a touch of sesame oil for nuttiness. This is a chilli oil you're going to love.

The flavour is rich and savoury, with a warming heat that builds slowly rather than overwhelms. It’s the kind of chilli oil that adds depth as well as spice - making it easy to use across all sorts of dishes.
