Don Antonio's classic Arrabbiata sauce is made with a combination of sweet cherry tomatoes and ripe Italian tomatoes with extra virgin olive oil and that distinct hit of hot chilli pepper. It makes for a super convenient and tasty store cupboard supper paired with a short pasta shape such as penne, gnocchi Sardi or casarecce pasta.
The Don Antonio family started out as farmers, growing tomatoes, onions and cultivating olive oil. They still grow lots of beautiful vegetables, all ripened under the warm Abruzzo sun.
Gently simmer this sauce for around 6 minutes before combining with your favourite pasta.
Once opened keep refrigerated and use with 3-4 days.

Ingredients: Tomato pulp and Cherry Tomato Pulp (95.1%), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt, parsley, hot pepper 0.15%, pepper, acidifier: citric acid. Origin of tomatoes: Italy.
