Classically made with a soffritto as the base (onion, carrot, celery), extra virgin olice oil and a touch of basil. 

Crafted in Palermo by Fratelli Contorno, a family-run producer since 1916, this sauce embodies over a century of Italian passion and expertise. It’s made simply, with no artificial additives, using only the finest local ingredients to preserve the true flavour of Sicily’s best tomatoes.
