Originating in China, Bao buns are fluffy steamed buns that are often filled with seriously tasty, slow cooked pork, but can feature a wide variety of fillings. The shape and size of the buns vary across the region and here in the UK they are often called 'Hirata Buns'.

This pack contains 10 bao buns, they are perfect to steam straight from frozen, in a basket or lightly oiled steamer for around 10-15 minutes ready for you to fill.
