Ajinomoto is the most popular brand of gyoza in Japan and these perfect little parcels of deliciousness are fantastic. The best way to cook them is to steam them from frozen for about 5 minutes and then finish them off in a hot pan with a little oil, just to crisp up the sides. They are delicious served with a simple dipping sauce.
Check out our recipe for Japanese Gyozas with dipping sauce.

These are great: quick, easy and with the dipping sauce so very very tasty! From freezer to plates in minutes!!
We have owned a bamboo steamer for years and never used it. Without the video, I would never have tried these.
We have yet to try the other flavours in our freezer.
Thank you Team Somerset Foodie
Love these - as good as a restaurant and absolutely effortless. Delicious in a little chicken noodle soup made with the miso paste from here and some chicken stock, noodles and some green veg. Keep them in the freezer and whenever there is nothing to eat suddenly there is
We absolutely loved the gyozas and will definitely be trying out the other flavours. They were so easy to cook and could have come straight from a restaurant - amazing!
