Made with free range egg and extra virgin olive oil, Brindisa Alioli is a proper garlic mayo - full of garlic warmth with a rounded, slightly creamy finish from the olive oil. It’s not overly sharp or harsh, just well balanced and easy to use across a range of dishes.
