Beksul Bulgogi Sauce for Beef, 290g

Beksul Bulgogi Sauce for Beef is a ready-to-use Korean marinade made by CJ CheilJedang, South Korea's largest food company, whose Beksul brand has been a fixture of Korean home cooking since the 1960s. It's made specifically for bulgogi - thin-sliced beef marinated and then grilled or pan-fried - with a soy sauce base sweetened with pear and pineapple, and lifted with garlic and onion. Marinate thin strips of beef in the sauce for at least 30 minutes (longer if you have the time), then fry or grill quickly over a high heat until caramelised at the edges.
