Azouro Portuguese Sardine Fillets in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil are a true taste of the Atlantic, bringing the rich fishing heritage of Portugal straight to your kitchen. Carefully selected from sustainably caught sardines, these fillets are expertly prepared by hand and lovingly packed on a bed of organic seaweed (sea lettuce & bladderwrack) to preserve their delicate texture and deep, savoury flavour.
Unlike whole sardines, these Great Taste Award winning fillets are boneless and skinless, offering a smooth, clean taste that’s perfect for quick and easy meals. Enjoy them straight from the tin with crusty bread, flake them into pasta or salads, or use them to elevate your tapas spread.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, transfer unused contents into a non-metalic container, cover and refrigerate. Consume within 2 days.
