Dukkah Spice is kind of Egypt's answer to Za'atar - it will be made slightly differently where ever you go, but generally has a few things in common - toasted nuts, sesame seeds, coriander and cumin.
In Egypt, it's most commonly eaten as a seasoning for bread that's been dunked in olive oil but is equally delicious sprinkled into soups, scattered over salads, used to top a bowl of hummus, over roasted vegetables, the list is endless.
