Pound for pound, Mexican food is just about the tastiest food on the planet and the most icon of all their dishes are their famous tacos. Don't get confused with the Tex-Mex hard shell tacos, true Mexican tacos are soft and made from corn - naturally gluten free.
This kit box is the perfect starter on your journey into taco heaven, whether you're making beef, pork, chicken or fish tacos, this box will provide you with superb quality corn tacos plus some great ingredients to make some super zingy salsa.
Your box will contain:
1 x Pack of Komali Tacos (on average 25 individual tacos)
1 x Bottle Tajin Seasoning
1 x Can of Whole Green Tomatillos
1 x Bottle of El Yucateco Jalapeno Salsa
1 x Bottle of El Yucateco Chipotle Salsa
You will have enough tacos to easily feed 6 hungry grow ups but you will have loads of Tajin Seasoning and plenty of salsa for more taco nights or just to use for lots of other recipes.

Depending on availability, we may have to substitute the El Yucateco Salsas for a different variety.
To make our fish taco recipe for 4-6 people, you will also need to have:
500g Skinless/Boneless Haddock Loin, cut into small portions
1tsp Ground Cumin
1tsp Hot Smoked Paprika
1/2 White Onion
2 or 3 Fresh Limes (make sure you have some to serve as wedges)
1 x Clove of Garlic
1 x Bunch Fresh Coriander
1/4 Red Cabbage, sliced thinly
1tsp Maldon Sea Salt
2tbsps Red Wine Vinegar
4 Fresh Tomatoes
2 x Red Peppers, Roasted & Skinned (optional)
Small bunch of Spring Onions
Small Pot of Sour Cream
Some Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil

I didn’t know I would be such a fan! I followed Ben’s video and managed to create the most amazing fish tacos last night. So much tastier and fresher than the food served up in any Mexican restaurant I have been to!
