Rajah Whole Fennel Seeds have a distinct, sweet anise like flavour and aroma, which are called 'Saunf' in Hindi. They are commonly used in Indian cooking to season meat, fish and vegetable dishes as well in tadka, chutnies and pickles. It's also extensively used in other cuisines, right across the world.
