Rajah Spice Jeera Cumin is ground from the dried ripe seeds of the cumin plant and has a strong aroma and an earthy flavour. Jeera is the Indian name for cumin and it used extensively across the region, it's slight sweetness with a hint of bitter flavours compliments so many other ingredients from lamb, chicken, fish and most vegetables and rice.
Since 1931, Rajah have been sourcing spices from the around the world, they are the chefs choice.
