Lievito Bakery is based in the small village of Lovington in Somerset where the artisan team hand shape and slowly prove all their sourdough for a minimum of 18 hours. This Malthouse Sourdough uses a strong rye sourdough starter or levain with a blend of wheat and malted flour. It's delicious, give it a try foodies!
• Lievito bread is delivered FRESH on FRIDAYS on all other days we will supply the bread FROZEN.
• If you would like fresh bread delivered or reserved for collection PRE-ORDER BY 9PM on WEDNESDAY.
• Lievito bakery is able to pre-slice and wrap the bread, please select your preference from the drop down menu above.
Ingredients: Wheat flour (with Calcium, Iron, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B1), Malted flour (with Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamine, Nibbled wheat malt, Malted barley flour), Salt, Water, Rye levain.
