Lecale Harvest Slow Cooked Pork Belly has all the traditions of the classic gastro pub. Pork belly is marinated over night in garlic and spices and then slow cooked in their own juices until super tender and succulent.
Pork belly only started appearing on trendy restaurant menus from the early 90's, what have we all been missing! It's now a staple and jolly pleased we all are.
To cook, remove all the packaging and place in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. You can serve this in multiple ways - either with vegetables, potatoes and gravy or you can give it an Asian glaze with some hoisin and serve in bao buns, or you could serve in tacos with Mexican salsa. It's super versatile and really tasty.
This product is suitable for ambient storage.
