These lovely Italian crackers are know as 'Linguette Flatbreads' as they are long, tongue shaped breads. They are made by Casa Vecchio Mulio in Piemonte and have a golden crispy texture. They are slowly proved before being hand stretched and gently baked to develop the perfect crunch. They are really delicious and amazing with soft cheeses, antipasti or just with a simple salad.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (10%), salt, malted grain flour, brewer's yeast, rosemary (1%).
Lovely and crisp, although not as Rosemary flavoured as had hoped. Smaller bite size crackers more enjoyable
