The Village Baking Co. country sourdough loaf is made from 'white' stoneground flour, milled at Matthews in the Cotswolds from regeneratively farmed UK wheat. Leavened with a sourdough starter and slowly fermented, this is our everyday hearty, rugged loaf.
We are so pleased to be back in collaboration with Joe @ The Village Baking Co. an independent artisan bakery in Rode and baking the best sourdough bread I've tasted in a long time. We supply their classic sourdough loaves freshly baked.
