The Slow Vinegar Companies Gold Star Great Taste Award Winning Elderflower Vinegar was the first vinegar recipe they came up with and has all the floral sweetness you would expect from elderflower with a mellow acidity that makes it so versatile in the kitchen.
Not only will this vinegar make a stunning salad dressing, it's fantastic drizzled over roasted vegetables or used to quickly pickle cucumbers. It will also make a delicious drink when mixed with sparkling water and a dash will take gin and tonic in a refreshing direction.
Made in small batches in Wiltshire, The Slow Vinegar Company double ferment fresh, seasonal produce and then slowly transform it into unique tasting wine vinegar. Every batch is aged and matured for at least 12 months to allow further depth and complexity of flavour to develop.
