Epazote is a common herb in central and Southern Mexico. It has quite a strong flavour with notes of anise, mint, oregano and citrus and like many leafy herbs, it can be used fresh or dry.
It's commonly used in bean dishes as it's said to aid digestion and reduce the build up of gas! Also try using it in soups and stews, particular popular in the Mexican soup dish "pozole".
