Pastaficio di Martino Gnocchi Sardi, as the name suggests, hails from Sardinia. They are small pasta shapes made with Durum wheat that look like the traditional potato gnocchi. The small scoop in the shape are excellent for holding sauce.
Pastificio di Martino make their pasta in near Gragnano, a hill top town close to the Amalfi coast and the undisputed home of dried pasta in Italy. It's been awarded PGI status. As well as being bronze extruded, di Martino pasta is slowly dried which is the key to creating the perfect texture to pair with your sauce.
