Matthews award winning Eight Grain Strong Flour contains a blend of strong white flour, malted wheat flakes, rye flakes, oat flakes, maize grits, linseed, millet and sunflower seeds. It's fantastic for making really tasty multigrain bread that's high in fibre and protein.
For an extra twist try adding 20% dark rye flour or 20% spelt flour to your mix.
