Pearl River Bridge has been making premium quality dark soy sauce since 1958 and is one of the leading brands in China. Dark Soy Sauce is aged for longer than light, it has a thicker consistency and more intense flavour.

Depth of Flavour

Wonderful rich dark soy sauce with a true depth of flavour. I’m now on my second bottle using it regularly to give both flavour and colour. Would definitely recommend trying this product and I’m sure you’ll agree it’s worth swapping over to.
