Banderillas are a classic tapas that are served in bars throughout Spain, they are a simple skewer with a combination of gherkins, olives, mini onion, red pepper and spicy green peppers. They are often referred to as 'Gildas' and are the original Pinchos - the name given in Spain for small tapas held together with a small skewer.
