Kiele Marinated White Anchovy fillets, known as boquerones, are caught in the Mediterranean, Cantabrian and Atlantic and marinated in vinegar - that is what turns them white. They have a lovely smooth flavour and are delicious eaten as they are or seasoned with a little olive oil and parsley.
