These noodles are often referred to as 'Chow Mein Noodles' - they are perfect for stir fries. It's amazing the difference it will make to your cooking by using a good quality noodle.
Boil these noodles in salted water for 2 minutes, stirring a few times before draining and adding to you wok or pan.
