The Kebab Club Lamb Shish Marinade, 100g

The Kebab Club was started by husband and wife team Yuksel and Elizabeth who are on a mission to bring the authentic flavours of Turkish cuisine to the homes of the UK. Their Lamb Shish Marinade is full of rich, aromatic Turkish flavours and makes creating great tasting lamb kebabs really easy.

Yuksel's family ran a kebab shop in Essex for 30 years and The Kebab Club's sauces and marinades will help you recreate the classic flavours of Turkish cuisine. The lamb shish marinade has strong and intense flavours of cumin, rosemary which perfectly compliment the rich lamb flavours.

Additional information:
Add 1 heaped teaspoon of marinade to 150g of lamb
Each jar has enough for 6-8 portions
Store in a cool dry place
Once opened, use within 3 weeks
