Great Taste Award winning Mi Adelita Chili Corn Tortilla Chips are a real taste of Mexico. The corn goes through a unique cooking process before being ground in a volcanic stone mill, giving it a unique taste.
Although tortilla chips are mostly associated with dipping in guacamole or making into nachos, In Mexico they are regularly served at breakfast in a dish called 'Chilaquiles'. They are smothered in a red or green salsa so that some of the sauce is absorbed by the chips but remain crunchy, they are then topped with cheese, pickled onions, beans and often a fried egg. A great breakfast and totally gluten free.
