Hamadaya Dai Aso Dashi Soup Stock, 300ml


Hamadaya Dai Aso Dashi Soup Stock is a blend of Hamada VII naturally brewed soy sauce and bonito. Simply dilute with warm or cold water to make a versatile Japanese stock for soups, broths and stews.

Hamadaya VII naturally brewed soy sauce is made from the spring water of Mount Aso on Japans Southern most island Kyushu. It's aged in 200 year old Japanese oak barrels using the best quality koji. In Japan, this soy sauce is referred to as Shoyu and is controlled and rated by strict agricultural standards, Hamadaya has the highest rating possible as a seal of it's quality.
