Bucatini all' Amatriciana is the famous dish that uses this pasta - it's combined with pancetta, tomatoes, wine and onion for a quick, simple and truly delicious dish.
Portoghese pasta is bronze extruded and slow dried to create the perfect texture and flavour combination with your chosen sauce. They have been perfecting this art since the company was founded in the 1970's.
