La Mole Amaretti biscuits are a traditional Italian biscuit with a distinct almond flavour, crisp and with an airy texture. These little round cookies are a classically served with coffee, tea or often paired with vin santo, I like to crumble them as a topping on tiramisu or zabaglione.
