Pecorino Romano is one of the classic cheeses from Italy, made with sheep's milk, it's a hard, salty cheese that is perfect to grate over pasta dishes, pizza or risotto.

Argiolas Formaggi make their Pecorino in South-Eastern area of Sardinia where the land is particularly situated for grazing sheep.

Ingredients: Sheep milk, salt, lamb rennet, lactic ferments.
