Rajah Garam Masala is a blend of mixed spices that's widely used in Indian cooking. It roughly translates as warming spice mix and will give your cooking that wonderful exotic touch of heady, fragrant spices.
Try sprinkling it over some cooked basmati rice with a knob of butter as a lovely finishing touch but it's also great as a marinade for lamb chops, chicken thighs or before grilling fish.
