Alishaan 1121 Basmati Rice is grown in the foothills of the Himalayan mountains where it is nurtured by pristine snow fed rivers. 1121 is a specific grade of basmati rice with longer, more elegant grains than regular basmati rice.

This high quality basmati rice always cooks easily and has a lovely aromatic flavour - 1 cup of rice to two cups of boiling water and a pinch of salt and your results will be perfectly fluffy rice that doesn't stick together.
