The Slow Vinegar Companies Great Taste Award winning Blackcurrant Wine Vinegar has an intense fruity flavour making it perfect to balance venison, pork and duck dishes. It also makes a fantastic dressing for leafy salads with olive oil and black pepper and also to accompany goats cheese.
Made in small batches in Wiltshire, The Slow Vinegar Company double ferment fresh, seasonal produce and then slowly transform it into unique tasting wine vinegar. Every batch is aged and matured for at least 12 months to allow further depth and complexity of flavour to develop.
