White Mausu's Smoky Chilli Oil is made using a combination of red chilli flakes, Korean gochugaru chilli and Mexican chipotle chilli with a touch of fried garlic, star anise and cinnamon. Compared to the other White Mausu oils, this one is more oil and less 'bits' but it lacks nothing in flavour. The three different chillies give a beautifully complex flavour with fruity and aromatic smoky flavours - it's delicious and the perfect addition to any larder.
