Our good friend and MasterChef Champion Ping Coombes has come up with a deliciously moreish sambal! This versatile sambal is made with tomatoes, ginger and a touch of chillies. Use it like you would ketchup or chutney. It is especially brilliant with eggs, chips, smoked salmon and cheese.
Ping makes this in small batches from her kitchen here at Church Farm in Somerset.
