Maekrua Thai Oyster Sauce, 300ml


In Asian recipes, Oyster sauce is used as a seasoning. It doesn't have a fishy taste or smell but deliveries big hits of umami deliciousness. This oyster sauce is made in Thailand and is made with a really high level of oyster extract.

You can also use oyster sauce as a seasoning for soups, stir fried greens, to make dressings, just think where you might want a little umami rich seasoning and add a splash. Oyster sauce is a strong flavour so don't be too heavy handed with the bottle.
