Lee Kum Kee Sichuan Style Hot & Spicy Stir Fry Sauce delivers on the classic Sichuan flavours - hot chilli peppers with mouth numbing Sichuan pepper. It's a concentrated stir fry sauce so use with a little Shaoxing wine and some honey or sugar for balance.

Ingredients: Salted chilli peppers 24% (chilli peppers 80%, salt), water, fermented soybean paste (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), soy sauce (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), sugar, tomato paste, sichuan pepper powder 5%, soybean oil, dried chilli peppers 3%, fermented vinegar. shallots, modified corn starch, natural flavourings, dehydrated garlic, salt.
