Tuna Belly or Ventresca tuna as it's know in Spain, is a real delicacy. The belly is the most tender and fatty part of the fish with the best flavour and juiciest texture. José Peña have been canning seafood from their base in Galicia, on the West Atlantic coast of Spain, for over 100 years.
