Almond cantuccini biscuits are a classic in Italy, particularly in Tuscany when they are dipped into a glass of vin santo. Based just outside Turin, La Mole is a family business that has been baking great quality biscuits since 1978. Made with over 20% almonds in the biscuit dough, the hardest thing with these cantuccini is to close the packet!
