Villa Vinci Extra Virgin Olive Oil DOP Terra di Bari is made using Coratina Olives that are grown in Southern Italy, around the Castel del Monte region in Puglia. It has a beautiful balance of intense fruity flavours with a gentle, peppery finish.

Vincenzo Cassetta started producing high quality olive oil in 1929 and the family business is now being run by the fourth generation.
