TuttoCalabria have been producing the famous Calabrian chilli peppers since 1970 and this jar of chopped chillies in oil is a real store cupboard essential. Calabria is the toe of the Italian boot with a rich culinary history and these small red chilli peppers are celebrated for their fruity, smoky and spicy flavour. The same chillies are used to make Nduja salami.
These chillies are preserved in oil and are great on pizza, in pasta dishes, used in marinades and sauces, great with seafood dishes, soups and stews, antipasti, just about anywhere you want that distinct fruity kick from these great chillies.
