We frequently use these rather than standard tinned chopped or plum tomatoes.The cherry tomatoes remain whole even after a lot of stewing and the tomato juice they are in is thick,rich and tasty.

These cherry tomatoes are a staple in my larder. There is an excellent ratio of tomatoes to juice. The tomatoes hold their shape well even in casseroles and the rich juice adds to the flavour of the gravy.
