Made from 50% 'white' and 50% wholemeal stoneground flour milled at Matthews in the Cotswolds from regeneratively farmed UK wheat. Leavened with a sourdough starter and slowly fermented. Encrusted with sesame seeds this is a truly tasty and healthy loaf.
