Matthews Windrush flour is a strong white bakers bread flour that will give you great results every time for all kinds of bread making. With over 12% protein, this flour will be suitable for artisan, handmade bread or for bread made in a machine. Milled using selected high protein group 1 wheat grown in the Cotswolds.
